Northview Print & Copy Inc. follows Canada’s federal privacy law (PIPEDA). This policy covers our website and our shop at 603 Millway Ave Unit 2, Concord, Ontario.
What we collect and why
We collect the contact, billing and delivery details you give us, plus your job details and the files you send. We use them to quote, produce, deliver and invoice your work, to answer your questions, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
We keep your job files on record so a reorder is one call, until you ask us to delete them. We may also email customers now and then about reorders or related services. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Files that contain other people’s information, such as legal documents, are used only to produce your job.
We don’t sell personal information.
Our website
We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies, to see how visitors find and use our site. It doesn’t tell us who you are. Google explains how it uses this data in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Our website, web host and spam protection also record technical details, like IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed with companies that help us run the business: our web host, email provider, analytics provider and spam-protection service, trade partners who produce part of an order, and couriers. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Some of these companies store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States. While it’s there, it may be accessed by the courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of that country.
How we protect it
We protect the information we hold and limit access to the people who need it to do the work.
Your rights
