Product Manual and Insert Printing FAQ
What is the minimum order for product inserts?
No minimum for digital printing. We regularly run jobs starting at 25 to 50 copies for new product launches or design revisions. Call to discuss volume pricing for larger runs.
Do you print bilingual English and French documentation?
Yes. Products sold in Canada often require bilingual documentation. Supply the bilingual file and we handle the rest.
Can you match a folded insert to my box dimensions?
Yes. Bring the box or tell us the interior dimensions and number of panels. We work out the flat sheet size and fold pattern from there. Custom fold dimensions are standard for us.
How do reorders work once my file is on record?
Call or email with the job name and quantity. We pull the file, confirm nothing has changed, and run it. No re-setup and no re-quoting from scratch. Most reorders turn around within the week.
What stock do you recommend for product inserts?
For inserts that fold into tight boxes, 60lb uncoated bond folds cleanly and compresses well. For manuals that see frequent handling, 24lb bond for text pages with a heavier cover. We will recommend based on your use case.
